The SUPROS light series impresses with its multitude of possible applications, excellent LED technology and its harmonious design. With its very high luminous flux, the SUPROS product family is ideally suited to replace power-hungry, conventional lighting installations. The wide-area reflector included in the delivers can be replaced by reflectors with narrower beam angles which are optionally available. This can be done without the need for tools. With the factory-installed LED driver, all the luminaires in the series are suitable for direct connection to the 230V mains supply.

Damages and Missing Items

If you receive a product that has been damaged on delivery or missing from your delivery, we request that you report this to us within 48 hours. You can report a damage via the online returns system.

Once we have been notified you will initially be responsible for returning the goods, once your returned item is inspected, and providing the product has been returned as required, you may be issued with a refund for the carriage cost incurred.

As we sell cable by the metre, this often comes cut from a 100m reel. for this reason, cut cable is NON-RETURNABLE

How do I return?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
