From the previous 80W/24V version, the series has been expanded to include 50-80-160 W / 24V. Thus, it meets the requirements of indoor lighting projects of various sizes, for example in retail spaces, hotels, restaurants, museums, and residential buildings. Damages and Missing Items
If you receive a product that has been damaged on delivery or missing from your delivery, we request that you report this to us within 48 hours. You can report a damage via the online returns system.
Once we have been notified you will initially be responsible for returning the goods, once your returned item is inspected, and providing the product has been returned as required, you may be issued with a refund for the carriage cost incurred.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
