Odan is a range of trim-less downlights designed for residential, commercial, and hospitality applications. These plaster-in luminaires offer a unique finish, ensuring smooth ceilings with gentle light openings for discrete illumination. The light heads are fully adjustable, allowing the user to aim light exactly where it is required.
The complete range is compatible with Knightsbridge GU10 light sources, with dimmable, non-dimmable, and SmartKnight options, boasting a wide array of colour temperatures and controllable parameters. Installers will find the fast-fix tool-free termination system a breeze, with the intuitive loop-in / loop-out functionality ensuring a rapid second fix.

We can also deliver into Europe and the rest of the world, but price is dependent on weight and dimensions. Damages and Missing Items
If you receive a product that has been damaged on delivery or missing from your delivery, we request that you report this to us within 48 hours. You can report a damage via the online returns system.
Once we have been notified you will initially be responsible for returning the goods, once your returned item is inspected, and providing the product has been returned as required, you may be issued with a refund for the carriage cost incurred.

Cut Cable
As we sell cable by the metre, this often comes cut from a 100m reel. for this reason, cut cable is NON-RETURNABLE

How do I return?
Email us at info@sparkswarehouse.com with the order number, which items you need to return and the reason.
You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your return has been acceptedÂ
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied, via the original method of payment, within 28 business days.
