Infrared heat emitters are widely used in industry for various production processes. These sources are widely used mainly due to their high efficiency and the principle of heating, where the object to which the source is directed is heated directly, without heating the surrounding air, therefore they are very efficient heat sources. Heat transfer is ensured by the flow of liquid or gas, which is itself heated by a heat source. The source has an immediate ramp-up to 100% power and can be regulated using power input regulation. Damages and Missing Items
If you receive a product that has been damaged on delivery or missing from your delivery, we request that you report this to us within 48 hours. You can report a damage via the online returns system.
Once we have been notified you will initially be responsible for returning the goods, once your returned item is inspected, and providing the product has been returned as required, you may be issued with a refund for the carriage cost incurred.

How do I return?

You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your return has been accepted

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied, via the original method of payment, within 28 business days.
