By integrating two GRAZIA PRO MAX FLEXSTRIPS, you can create a wide variety of lighting scenarios. Use the matching GRAZIA 60 recessed profile with cut-outs to integrate the flexible LED strips in the required light colour temperature for a wide range of professional applications with high lumen output. In the in-house SLV design, the GRAZIA 60 profile is available in various lengths with matching end caps, longitudinal connectors, a feed-in set, mounting clips and various covers.

Damages and Missing Items

If you receive a product that has been damaged on delivery or missing from your delivery, we request that you report this to us within 48 hours. You can report a damage via the online returns system.

Once we have been notified you will initially be responsible for returning the goods, once your returned item is inspected, and providing the product has been returned as required, you may be issued with a refund for the carriage cost incurred.

As we sell cable by the metre, this often comes cut from a 100m reel. for this reason, cut cable is NON-RETURNABLE

How do I return?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied, via the original method of payment, within 28 business days.
