The drum’s construction provides reliable protection when in use, transported or stored. The compact design is perfect for the home, garden and light industrial use. Using highly visible green cable, this ‘reverse’ extension reel provides an IP54 rated weatherproof 13 amp socket outlet. The drum includes a LED indicator, and has a built-in safety thermal cut-out for protection against overloading when fully reeled.

Damages and Missing Items

If you receive a product that has been damaged on delivery or missing from your delivery, we request that you report this to us within 48 hours. You can report a damage via the online returns system.

Once we have been notified you will initially be responsible for returning the goods, once your returned item is inspected, and providing the product has been returned as required, you may be issued with a refund for the carriage cost incurred.

As we sell cable by the metre, this often comes cut from a 100m reel. for this reason, cut cable is NON-RETURNABLE

How do I return?

• Email us at info@sparkswarehouse.com with the order number, which items you need to return and the reason.
• You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your return has been accepted

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied, via the original method of payment, within 28 business days.
