NLP/1/IP65 Remote Conversion Range

The NLP/1/IP65, is a high quality 3-hour switchable emergency lighting module designed to suit a wide range of LED types, circuits and applications. The unit is designed to work with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries and is available in 2 versions, one to operate within lower SELV limits <60V and another to operate <80V. The module automatically adjusts the output current to provide the best match between the battery and the load, providing maximum illumination whilst ensuring full battery duration. The pack features an IP65 rated green charge healthy indicator LED. This range operates with the latest LiFePO4 battery technology, dramatically reducing energy consumption and facilities management labour. 

The emergency control gear and batteries are housed within a single piece IP65 rated enclosure which includes suitable termination for connection to the LED load, the mains driver and input termination for mains supplies.

Next day delivery does not include weekend delivery, and as such all orders placed next day on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, or if after 2pm will be delivered on Tuesday

Damages and Missing Items

If you receive a product that has been damaged on delivery or missing from your delivery, we request that you report this to us within 48 hours. You can report a damage via the online returns system.

Once we have been notified you will initially be responsible for returning the goods, once your returned item is inspected, and providing the product has been returned as required, you may be issued with a refund for the carriage cost incurred.

If you order the wrong product, please inform us within 14 working days and we will advise you of the correct product and return procedures. Please note if this is the case, then responsibility and cost of returning this item is that of you the customer.

Damages

Cut Cable

As we sell cable by the metre, this often comes cut from a 100m reel. for this reason, cut cable is NON-RETURNABLE

How do I return?

• Email us at info@sparkswarehouse.com with the order number, which items you need to return and the reason.
• You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your return has been accepted 

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied, via the original method of payment, within 28 business days.
