Self-Contained LED Emergency Luminaire for Surface Mount or Recessed Applications

The XYLUX LD5 is a high performance self-contained LED emergency luminaire supplied with two snap-in optics for Open-Area and Escape Route distribution. XYLUX LD5 LED luminaire incorporates a LED module, a 3.6V 1.7Ah NiMH battery pack and a deep discharge protection circuit.

The unit can be surface mounted or recessed into a 105mm – 110mm cut out using mounting brackets provided. XYLUX LD5 offers an efficient alternative to the 8W fluorescent bulkhead.

SmartCharge™
SmartCharge™ applies an intermittent charging duty cycle designed for use with NiMH batteries. This provides energy efficient charging maintenance, reduced operating temperatures and optimum service life of NiMH batteries.

For applications where self-testing is not required or suitable, the non-AutoTest® option provides the same quality and performance expected of Mackwell products, without the AutoTest® feature.

DALI AutoTest®
Provides benefits by enabling testing and monitoring of an emergency lighting system either on-site or via an internet connection. DALI AutoTest® is ideal for monitoring larger buildings and multiple sites. The product defaults to standalone AutoTest when not connected to a DALI network.

Damages and Missing Items

If you receive a product that has been damaged on delivery or missing from your delivery, we request that you report this to us within 48 hours. You can report a damage via the online returns system.

Once we have been notified you will initially be responsible for returning the goods, once your returned item is inspected, and providing the product has been returned as required, you may be issued with a refund for the carriage cost incurred.

Damages

If the item you ordered is damaged please advise us within the first 48 hours of receiving and we will collect and replace free of charge.

Cut Cable

As we sell cable by the metre, this often comes cut from a 100m reel. for this reason, cut cable is NON-RETURNABLE

How do I return?

  • Email us at info@sparkswarehouse.com with the order number, which items you need to return and the reason.
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your return has been accepted 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied, via the original method of payment, within 28 business days.
