Returns and Refunds

All our products are backed by a no-nonsense guarantee:

If you order the wrong product, please inform us within 14 working days and we will advise you of the correct product and return procedures. Please note if this is the case, then responsibility and cost of returning this item is that of you the customer.

Damages

If the item you ordered is damaged please advise us within the first 48 hours of receiving and we will collect and replace free of charge.

Cut Cable

As we sell cable by the metre, this often comes cut from a 100m reel. for this reason, cut cable is NON-RETURNABLE

Changed your mind?

  • You can return any part of your order, as long as the goods are as new and in the original packaging
  • Please do not write on the packaging itself.

How do I return?

  • Email us at info@sparkswarehouse.com with the order number, which items you need to return and the reason.
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your return has been accepted 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied, via the original method of payment, within 28 business days.

  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges
